Voting Rights

Eligible Voters

Staked CERT holders with minimum 100 CERT and 7+ days staking

Voting Power

1 CERT staked = 1 vote (Tier 4 bonus: 1.2x multiplier)

Voting Period

Typically 7 days per proposal, extendable for major decisions

Approval Threshold

> 50% approval with > 30% participation quorum

Governance Categories

Tier 1: Operational

Platform fee structures, certification pricing, reward rates

Tier 2: Product

New certification tiers, launchpad features, registry improvements

Tier 3: Treasury

Fund allocation, investments, partnerships > $500k

Tier 4: Constitutional

Governance rules, protocol upgrades, team changes
