1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SolCertUp platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. SolCertUp Technologies Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
SolCertUp provides blockchain security certification services, including but not limited to:
- Automated smart contract security analysis
- Manual code review and auditing services
- Trust certification and badge issuance
- Security verification API access
- Staking and governance participation
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to connect a cryptocurrency wallet or create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and complete information
5. Certification Services
5.1 Scope of Certification
Our certification services assess the security of submitted code at a specific point in time. Certifications are not guarantees of absolute security and do not prevent all possible vulnerabilities or exploits.
5.2 Certification Tiers
We offer multiple certification tiers (Basic, Advanced, Premium) with varying levels of analysis depth. The scope and methodology for each tier are documented in our public methodology documentation.
5.3 Validity Period
Certifications are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Projects must recertify after material code changes or upon expiration.
6. Payment Terms
Certification fees are payable in SOL or approved stablecoins at the time of submission. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing customers.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your submitted code and projects. By submitting code for certification, you grant us a limited license to analyze, test, and store your code solely for certification purposes. We will not disclose your code to third parties without your consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLCERTUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY SECURITY INCIDENTS AFFECTING CERTIFIED PROJECTS.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT CERTIFICATION WILL PREVENT ALL SECURITY VULNERABILITIES OR THAT YOUR PROJECT WILL BE FREE FROM EXPLOITS.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
